Terms & Conditions
- Our sales representative will contact you for installation dates within 1 working days.
- The Customer or Customer's Authorized Person must be present on-site during installation to confirm equipment locations. Any subsequent changes to equipment and piping locations will incur charges.
- Site survey inclusive prior to installation date.
- Material included in Standard Installation description.
- Includes Dismantle and Disposal of Existing Units.
- Stainless steel brackets and power points not included.
- No refunds allowed after installation.
- Dismantled units will be Commercestar’s property; return to owner will be chargeable at $50.00/FCU.
Additional applicable charges, if any:
- Additional piping exceeded 15m per fan coil.
- False ceiling, patch-up, and painting.
- Power point.
- 2nd trip installation.
- Stainless steel water tray.
- SS304 bracket - Made in Singapore (Optional).
- Additional charges may incur depending on job-site condition.

- Any deviation from the specifications following an on-site assessment requires Commercestar's approval. Refunds, if applicable, will be limited to the deposit or amount paid, and no compensation for consequential damages will be entertained.
