This is for the ceiling make good and box-up necessary for Aircon Installation for Condo, Private apartments, Landed and commercial properties. The works include cutting of existing plaster ceiling or Box-up for running of new aircon refrigerant pipings and make good affected areas after completion. (Painting is not provided)

Our sales representative will advise you on the ceiling works upon site survey or communication. We will advise you on the actual amount for the ceiling works before you make the purchase.

Replacement Installation Package

  • Applicable to HDB, Private, Commercial
  • Use back existing piping (refrigerant and drainage), insulation, trunking and wiring),
    warranty not covered.
  • Vacuum & flush existing piping.
  • No warranty on existing piping.
  • Any alteration or shifting of existing pipes will be subject to
    additional charges.
  • All pressure testing of pipes will be charged separately, if
    requested by owner.

Replacement Installation Warranty

  • 5 years on compressor.
  • 1 year on other spare parts.
  • 1 year limited installation workmanship for gas leak on CU and FCU joint.
  • water leaking due to no servicing done; not covered.
  • condensation due to material wear and tear; not covered.

Terms & Conditions

  • Our sales representative will contact you for installation dates within 1 working days.
  • The Customer or Customer's Authorized Person must be present on-site during installation to confirm equipment locations. Any subsequent changes to equipment and piping locations will incur charges.
  • Site survey inclusive prior to installation date.
  • Material included in Standard Installation description.
  • Includes Dismantle and Disposal of Existing Units.
  • Stainless steel brackets and power points not included.
  • No refunds allowed after installation.
  • Dismantled units will be Commercestar’s property; return to owner will be chargeable at $50.00/FCU.

Additional applicable charges, if any:

  • Additional piping exceeded 15m per fan coil.
  • False ceiling, patch-up, and painting.
  • Power point.
  • 2nd trip installation.
  • Stainless steel water tray.
  • SS304 bracket - Made in Singapore (Optional).
  • Additional charges may incur depending on job-site condition.

Note:

  • Price stated are Inclusive of GST.
  • Any deviation from the specifications following an on-site assessment requires Commercestar's approval. Refunds, if applicable, will be limited to the deposit or amount paid, and no compensation for consequential damages will be entertained.
