INSTALLATION OPTIONS:

Smart Replacement:

Reuse of existing piping, wiring, drainage & trunking.

Suitable only for existing usable piping systems.

No warranty coverage on existing piping condition.

Warranty only covers new air-con joints connection by Commercestar Engineering Pte Ltd.

Full Install:

Inclusive of new piping installation with upgraded materials.

Concealed Install:

Inclusive of all items under Full Install.

Applicable for concealed piping routing, false ceiling or hacking works where required.

MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS (FOR FULL INSTALL & CONCEALED INSTALL)

• Up to 15m standard piping per FCU

• 1/2" K-Flex Certified Class O insulation (Italy)

• 21 SWG copper piping 0.81mm (USA)

• Litaflex UPVC trunking (Singapore)

• Sigma / Keystone wire cables (Singapore)

• Litaflex 20mm / 25mm UPVC drain pipe (Singapore)

• Cable tray (Singapore)

GENERAL EXCLUSIONS

The following are NOT included unless otherwise stated:

• Work-at-height above 4m

• New power point / isolator / electrical supply

• Stainless steel brackets

• Concealed piping works (unless under Concealed Install option)

• False ceiling works (unless under Concealed Install Option)

• Builder's Hacking works / reinstatement works

• Painting / touch-up works (unless under Concealed Install Option)

• Scaffolding / boom lift

• Additional piping beyond included length of 15m.

CONCEALED INSTALLATION:

• Concealed installation only applies for Concealed Install option.

• False ceiling / hacking works may be required depending on site conditions.

• Making good of affected areas will be based on basic patching only unless otherwise stated.

DISMANTLING:

• Existing dismantled units will belong to Commercestar Engineering Pte Ltd to waive dismantling charges.

• If owner wishes to retain dismantled units, a handling fee of $200/set (FCU & CU) will apply.

WARRANTY:

• 1 Year workmanship warranty by Commercestar Engineering Pte Ltd.

• 1 Year spare parts warranty by equipment manufacturer / OEM.

• 5 Years compressor warranty by equipment manufacturer / OEM.

Warranty excludes:

• Existing piping reused under Smart Replacement

• Gas leaks from old/reused piping

• Blocked drainage due to lack of maintenance

• Damage caused by third-party works

• Power surge / electrical issues

• Cosmetic defects after installation completion

• Normal wear & tear

OTHER TERMS

• All installations are subject to final site survey & actual site conditions.

• Additional charges may apply for non-standard installation requirements.

• Installation dates subject to availability & scheduling.

• Commercestar Engineering Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend installation methods based on site conditions.
