Terms & Conditions

  • Our sales representative will contact you for installation dates within 1 working days.
  • The Customer or Customer's Authorized Person must be present on-site during installation to confirm equipment locations. Any subsequent changes to equipment and piping locations will incur charges.
  • Site survey inclusive prior to installation date.
  • Material included in Standard Installation description.
  • Includes Dismantle and Disposal of Existing Units.
  • Stainless steel brackets and power points not included.
  • No refunds allowed after installation.
  • Dismantled units will be Commercestar’s property; return to owner will be chargeable at $50.00/FCU.

Additional applicable charges, if any:

  • Additional piping exceeded 15m per fan coil.
  • False ceiling, patch-up, and painting.
  • Power point.
  • 2nd trip installation.
  • Stainless steel water tray.

  • Additional charges may incur depending on job-site condition.
