Aircon Checking & Diagnostic Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Service
1.1 The diagnostic service includes a thorough inspection of the air conditioning unit to identify faults, malfunctions, or performance issues.
1.2 This service does not cover repairs, servicing, or part replacements unless agreed upon separately.
1.3 Any additional work required beyond diagnostics will be quoted separately.
2. Service Charges & Payment
2.1 A diagnostic fee applies to all inspections, regardless of whether repairs are carried out.
2.2 The fee is payable upon booking of the diagnostic service.
2.3 If a repair or servicing is confirmed within [7] days of the diagnostic, a portion of the diagnostic fee may be offset against the repair cost.
3. Warranty & Liability
3.1 The diagnostic service is provided to identify issues but does not guarantee the complete resolution of the problem without necessary repairs.
3.2 The company is not liable for any pre-existing damage or defects in the unit.
3.3 The customer acknowledges that continued use of a faulty unit may cause further damage, which is not the responsibility of the service provider.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 The customer must ensure that the unit is accessible for inspection.
4.2 If the technician is unable to proceed due to obstructions, safety hazards, or lack of access, a visit fee may still apply.
4.3 The customer agrees to provide accurate details about the aircon’s history and any known issues.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
5.1 Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [24] hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
5.2 The company reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Limitations of Service
6.1 The company may refuse service if the unit is deemed unsafe, severely damaged, or if unauthorized modifications have been made.
6.2 The diagnostic service does not include deep cleaning, gas top-ups, or electrical rewiring unless stated otherwise.
7. Agreement & Acknowledgment
7.1 By engaging our services, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Any disputes will be handled in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
*By purchasing the item, you have agreed to the terms & conditions set forth in the agreement above. We will send you the official Tax Invoice / Contract upon successful purchase of our extended aircon services. You may contact us directly for Scheduling of appointments.
