Aircon Chemical Overhaul Terms & Conditions  

1. Scope of Service

1.1 The chemical overhaul service includes the deep cleaning of the air conditioning unit’s internal components using specialized cleaning agents

1.2 This service covers cleaning of the evaporator coils, fan, and other components that require chemical cleaning for effective performance.  

1.3 The service includes dismantling of the unit to ensure thorough cleaning of all parts.  

1.4 Any components found to be faulty or requiring replacement will be communicated to the customer, but replacement is not part of the chemical overhaul service.  

2. Service Charges & Payment

2.1 The charge for the chemical overhaul service includes labor, chemicals, and cleaning materials.  

2.2 The cost of parts replacement (if required) will be quoted separately and is not included in the chemical overhaul price.  

2.3 Full payment is required upon booking of the service.  

2.4 Any additional charges for services such as refrigerant top-up, repairs, or parts replacement will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer in advance.  

3. Warranty & Liability

3.1 The chemical overhaul service improves the efficiency and longevity of the air conditioning unit by removing dirt, mold, and grime. However, it does not guarantee the unit will be free of malfunctions or issues related to components or refrigerant.  

3.2 The company is not liable for any preexisting issues that are not resolved by the chemical overhaul, including, but not limited to, compressor issues, electrical faults, or refrigerant leaks.  

3.3 Any further breakdowns or malfunctions arising after the service are not covered by this service, unless the fault is directly related to the cleaning process.  

3.4 The company is not responsible for damage to the unit caused by neglect, misuse, or the failure of components beyond cleaning. 

3.5. The Chemical Service comes with a 3-months workmanship warranty. 

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 The customer must ensure that the unit is easily accessible and free from obstructions before the technician arrives.  

4.2 If the technician cannot access the unit or if safety concerns arise, the company reserves the right to charge a visit fee.  

4.3 The customer should inform the technician of any known issues with the unit, including signs of malfunction, refrigerant loss, or unusual noise

4.4 The customer must ensure that the power supply is turned off before the technician arrives for safety reasons.  

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

5.1 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [24] hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.  

5.2 The company reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or manpower shortages.
