1. Scope of Service
1.1 The condenser chemical wash involves deep cleaning of the air conditioning condenser unit using specialized cleaning agents.
1.2 This service includes washing the condenser coil, fan blades, and other accessible external components to remove dirt, dust, and debris buildup.
1.3 The service does not cover repairs, gas top-ups, or part replacements unless agreed upon separately.
1.4 The technician will perform a visual inspection and inform the customer of any additional issues detected.
2. Service Charges & Payment
2.1 The service fee is based on the number of condenser units and the type of air conditioning system.
2.2 Full payment is required upon booking of the service.
2.3 Additional charges apply for any extra services requested beyond the standard chemical wash.
2.4 If repairs, gas top-ups, or other maintenance work are required, they will be quoted separately.
3. Warranty & Liability
3.1 The chemical wash helps improve cooling efficiency by removing dirt and buildup but does not guarantee the resolution of issues unrelated to cleanliness.
3.2 The company is not liable for pre-existing issues such as refrigerant leaks, compressor malfunctions, or electrical faults.
3.3 The company is not responsible for damages caused by wear and tear, improper installation, or previous unauthorized repairs.
3.4 If the condenser is found to be in poor condition (e.g., corrosion, leaking pipes), the technician may recommend against proceeding with the chemical wash to avoid further damage.
3.5 The condenser chemical wash service comes with a 3-months Service warranty.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 The customer must ensure that the condenser unit is accessible for servicing.
4.2 If the technician is unable to proceed due to obstructions, safety hazards, or restricted access, a visit fee may still apply.
4.3 The customer should inform the technician of any known issues with the unit before the service begins.
4.4 The customer must ensure that power supply access is available for testing after the service.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
5.1 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [24] hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
5.2 The company reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, safety concerns, or manpower shortages.
6. Limitations of Service
6.1 The chemical wash service does not include deep internal component repairs, gas refilling, or rewiring.
6.2 If the condenser unit is found to have severe rust, leaks, or structural damage, the technician may advise against proceeding with the chemical wash to prevent further deterioration.
6.3 The company may refuse service if the unit is deemed unsafe or if unauthorized modifications are detected.
