General Aircon Servicing Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Service
1.1 General aircon servicing includes basic cleaning of indoor and outdoor units, filter washing, and system performance checks.
1.2 It does not cover chemical cleaning, gas top-up, repairs, or part replacements unless agreed upon separately.
1.3 The technician will conduct a visual inspection and inform the customer of any issues that require additional services.
2. Service Charges & Payment
2.1 Service charges are based on the number of units and the type of servicing required.
2.2 Full payment must be made upon booking of the service.
2.3 Additional charges apply for extra services requested outside of the standard package.
3. Warranty & Liability
3.1 The servicing covers only cleaning and maintenance; it does not guarantee repairs or prevent future breakdowns.
3.2 The company is not liable for any pre-existing issues, wear and tear, or malfunctioning parts.
3.3 The company is not responsible for damage caused by aging, improper use, or lack of maintenance.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 The customer must ensure that the aircon is accessible and that there are no obstructions before the technician arrives.
4.2 The company reserves the right to charge a visit fee if the technician cannot proceed due to access issues.
4.3 The customer should provide accurate information about the unit’s history and any known issues.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
5.1 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [24] hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
5.2 The company may reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or manpower shortages.
6. Limitations of Service
6.1 The company may refuse service if the unit is deemed unsafe, has severe damage, or has unauthorized modifications.
6.2 The service does not include electrical rewiring, major component repairs, or deep chemical cleaning unless specified in the service package.
7. Agreement & Acknowledgment
7.1 By engaging our services, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Any disputes will be handled in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
*By purchasing the item, you have agreed to the terms & conditions set forth in the agreement above. We will send you the official Tax Invoice / Contract upon successful purchase of our extended aircon services. You may contact us directly for Scheduling of appointments.
