The Midea Atom B R410A Commercial Ceiling Ducted Air Conditioner is designed for offices, retail shops, restaurants, warehouses and commercial buildings in Singapore. Featuring inverter technology, concealed ducted installation and powerful cooling performance, the Atom B Series delivers efficient temperature control with quiet operation and flexible ducting solutions.

CEILING DUCTED AIRCON INSTALLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. SMART REPLACEMENT
   • Includes installation using existing piping, wiring, drainage, ducting and materials.
   • Includes reconnection to existing supply and/or return duct where applicable.
   • Existing flexible ducting and grilles will be reused.
   • Includes standard ceiling patching, making good and white paint touch-up to affected areas only.

EXCLUDES
• Work-at-height above 4m
• New power point / isolator / electrical works
• Stainless steel brackets
• Full ceiling reconstruction
• New concealed piping, drainage, wiring or ducting
• Scaffolding / boom lift
• Full repainting works

WARRANTY
• No warranty on existing/reused piping, wiring, drainage, ducting or materials.
• Warranty only covers newly connected piping joints and workmanship by Commercestar Engineering Pte Ltd.

2. STANDARD INSTALLATION
   • Includes new 21 SWG copper pipes c/w 1/2” K-Flex Titan insulation, new wiring and drainage piping up to 20m.
   • Includes new GI water tray.
   • Includes fabrication and installation of new supply and/or return plenum box where applicable.
   • Existing flexible ducting and grilles will be reused unless otherwise stated.
   • Includes standard ceiling patching, making good and white paint touch-up to affected areas only.
   

EXCLUDES
• Work-at-height above 4m
• New power point / isolator / electrical works
• Stainless steel brackets
• Full ceiling reconstruction
• Scaffolding / boom lift
• Full repainting works
• Additional ducting beyond quoted scope

3. PREMIUM INSTALLATION
   • Includes new 21 SWG copper pipes c/w 1/2” K-Flex Titan insulation, new wiring and drainage piping up to 30m.
   • Includes new GI water tray.
   • Includes fabrication and installation of new supply and/or return plenum box where applicable.
   • Includes supply and installation of new PID supply air ducting, flexible ducting and standard supply/return grilles.
   • Includes standard ceiling patching, making good and white paint touch-up to affected areas only.

EXCLUDES

• New power point / isolator / electrical works
• Stainless steel brackets
• Full ceiling reconstruction
• Scaffolding / boom lift
• Full repainting works

4. GENERAL TERMS
   • All works subject to final site survey and actual site conditions.
   • Additional charges may apply for non-standard installation requirements.
   • Ceiling making good refers to basic patching only.
   • White paint touch-up may have slight colour differences.
   • Reused materials are not covered under warranty.
   • Installation dates subject to manpower and stock availability.

5. WARRANTY
   • OEM 1 year spare parts warranty.
   • OEM 5 years compressor warranty.
   • Standard & Premium Installation include 1 year workmanship warranty by Commercestar Engineering Pte Ltd.
   • Warranty excludes misuse, poor maintenance, electrical issues, water ingress, pest damage, third-party works, natural wear & tear and existing concealed defects.
