Terms and Conditions:

- Our sales representative will contact you for installation dates within 1 working days.

- The Customer or Customer's Authorized Person must be present on-site during installation to confirm equipment locations. Any subsequent changes to equipment and piping locations will incur charges.

- Site survey inclusive prior to installation date.

- Material included in Standard Installation description.

- Stainless steel brackets and power points not included.

- Only for non-conceal standard piping installation with no obstacles or blockage by object such as wardrobe, - shelving’s, fitting, etc. 

- No refunds allowed after installation.

-Dismantled units will be Commercestar’s property; return to owner will be chargeable at $200.00/set.

Additional applicable charges, if any:

-Pipe length for Commercial Properties capped at 15m, additional piping exceeded 15 metre is chargeable at $22.00/m

- False ceiling, patch-up, and painting.

- Power point (Optional)

- Single phase, up to 20A @ $350.00 up to 40m length

- Three phase, up to 32A @ $550.00 up to 40m length

- 2nd trip installation.

- Stainless steel water tray.

- SS304 bracket - Made in Singapore (Optional at $180.00).

- Additional charges may incur depending on job-site condition.

-Working height up to 3m; Any installation above 3 metre height requiring other means of access (scaffolding, scissor lift, MEWP) will be quoted separately.

- Any deviation from the specifications following an on-site assessment requires Commercestar's approval. Refunds, if applicable, will be limited to the deposit or amount paid, and no compensation for consequential damages will be entertained.
